In June, a very diverse group of like-minded people founded wave25. Ten individuum’s based in Brazil, Chile, Dubai, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and New Zealand created this initiative to bring together our passion and skills to understand the complexitiy of human behavior and the hidden dynamics of organization. A wave is a powerful symbol of change. Change often comes in waves, with period of quiet in between. Waves, like change, have significant energy below the surface. And just like change, you cannot understand a wave by looking only at what you can see. You have to go deeper.
